The after pictures are actually Joshua Jackson of the Mighty Ducks and Dawson's Creek fame.

Either that or all the rehab did him a world of good.

Yeah it looks like Joshua Jackson. But no, that's really him. Trust me, I was a die-hard Dawson's Creek fan, and that's not Joshua Jackson!
